Sales Development Representative (Remote – North America)

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with hustle, grit, and respect for the trades—someone confident speaking to construction pros, building trust, and booking qualified meetings.
What You'll Do:
Prospect and engage general contractors, builders, and staffing firms across North America
Sell UBILD as the faster, better way to find skilled trades and manage jobsite labor
Book qualified meetings via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Maintain a strong pipeline and track activities in HubSpot
Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and sales processes
What You Bring:
2+ years in outbound sales, lead generation, or B2B business development
Strong, persuasive communication skills
Ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-up
Self-motivated, remote-work ready
Bonus: Experience in construction, trades, or staffing; HubSpot experience
