Sales Development Representative (Remote – North America)
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote) | Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Compensation: Base + Commission

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with hustle, grit, and respect for the trades—someone confident speaking to construction pros, building trust, and booking qualified meetings.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and engage general contractors, builders, and staffing firms across North America

  • Sell UBILD as the faster, better way to find skilled trades and manage jobsite labor

  • Book qualified meetings via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and track activities in HubSpot

  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and sales processes

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in outbound sales, lead generation, or B2B business development

  • Strong, persuasive communication skills

  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-up

  • Self-motivated, remote-work ready

  • Bonus: Experience in construction, trades, or staffing; HubSpot experience
