In this role, you will:
- Work closely with Project Managers to monitor and control all project related financial data for an assigned portfolio of projects
- Perform analysis of the project details to determine fees to be billed and to ensure all re-billable expenses are included on invoices
- Be responsible for AR Collections for multiple clients
- Update and maintain project, client and vendor databases
- Issue and revise invoices and provide customer service
- Submit invoices and monthly statements electronically
- Process employee expenses, sub-consultant invoices
- Maintain filing system for all financial documents
- Perform other related duties as required
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting of Finance is required
- Min 3 to 5 years' experience in engineering/architecture/construction industry (required)
- Experience working with Vantagepoint Deltek system would be an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, takes initiative, adjusts to competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Proficient within Excel, MS Word & Outlook
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Location: Toronto, Hybrid (first 3 months in-office)
