Parking Valet (Part-Time/Permanent)
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional individual to join our team as a part-time parking valet. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service while safely parking and retrieving vehicles. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in great customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule
1 to 3 shifts (9.5 hours to 25 hours) a week. Fridays from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM will be guaranteed every week with the option of more shifts on an as needed basis covering different parking sites in Ottawa.
What Would You Be Doing?
- Greet customer in a friendly manner when they arrive on site
- Assist customer with their needs including opening vehicle doors, unloading parcels, and directing in appropriate direction
- Issue and collect valet tickets as required
- Drive customers' vehicles to and from the designated parking location in a safe and efficient manner avoiding accidents and damages
- Ensure vehicles are locked after parking and all visible valuables are moved to the trunk
What Are the Working Conditions?
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting
- Must be able to lift-up to 20 lbs.
What Are We Looking For?
- Cautious and courteous driver, with a Valid class G Ontario driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must able to drive manual and automatic transmission.

- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset but not mandatory
