Soutron Global is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how libraries, cultural institutions, and corporate enterprises manage information, objects, collections and materials at the very heart of their organization. We serve organizations across multiple industry sectors worldwide.
We're looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist to build and scale programs that drive qualified pipeline, accelerate conversion and fuel revenue growth.
What You'll Do
· Develop, execute and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid, SEO, webinars, events, etc.) to drive MQLs and SQLs
· Own pipeline targets in collaboration with sales & marketing leadership — regularly report on funnel metrics and campaign performance
· Partner closely with sales, product, support and operations to align messaging, targeting and lead handoff processes
· Build and manage industry specific campaigns around ABM, intent data and lead nurturing
· Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to reach the right buyers at the right time
· Manage the Martech stack (CRM, marketing automation, PPC) to execute and measure performance
· Test and optimize landing pages, CTAs and messaging to improve conversion across the funnel
· Work with our global teams in the USA, Canada and UK, remotely
What We're Looking For
· 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
· Proven ability to build pipeline at scale through paid and organic channels
· Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
· Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data, diagnose issues and optimize campaigns
· Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and others
· Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with sales, content and product
· Experience with longer sales cycles or multi-stakeholder buying groups is a plus
· Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
· Ability to create light content or messaging (emails, ad copy, landing pages)

· Experience with vertical SaaS, museum collections, archival management, gov tech, public library and corporate information services markets.
