Message from the Hiring Manager:
The Territory Manager role covers key implanting hospitals across the Prairies, Western Provinces and Northern Canada. You'll lead OR support, build strong KOL relationships, and guide hospitals through product evaluation, adoption, and procurement.The transition of all contracts and awareded tenders in the region is the top priority. Additionally, the Territory Manager will be instrumental in prospecting new hospitals, clinics, GPOs and purchasing groups to expand the customers base in the region. The Territory Manager reports to the Territory Director Canada.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct account responsibility in Western Provinces, Central Provinces / Prairies and Northern Canada. Prospect, qualify and add new customers within the region. Ensure smooth integration of the existing customers base to CMI business model, providing necessary training and support.
- Lead the execution of Caldera Medical's direct sales strategy in the region, aligned with goals for Canada.
- Implement strategic plans into territory-level action plans across assigned region.
- Ensure high performance through regular field visits, training, and OR paritcipation to provide support.
- Optimize regional coverage across all assigned accounts.
- Develop segmentation and prioritization models (e.g., Key, Strategic and Standard accounts or high-opportunity hospitals).
- Build and manage relationships with top urogynecologists, urologists, GYN surgeons, and hospital influencers.
- Support physicians as speakers, trainers, or clinical partners to grow Caldera's brand presence.
- Implement strategy for public sector tenders (e.g., HealthPRO, Medbuy, Shared Services) in collaboration with the Contracting & Tender Specialist.
- Implement pricing strategy across assigned region and customers.
- Prepare and submit revenue forecast and pipeline tracking; ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual projections.
- Deliver sales forecasts and quota revenue
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have 4-year degree.
- 3+ years of medical O.R. sales experience.
- Consistent performance exceeding sales quotas (documented stack rankings).
- Willingness to be in field 60% of time with frequent overnight stays required.
