For over 75 years, this manufacturer has helped shape communities across Canada with premium masonry and stone products. Now, they're growing and looking for a rising sales professional to join their team as an Inside Sales Representative.

About the Inside Sales Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll support inbound inquiries, help customers choose the right products for their projects, and follow up to close sales. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and will become a trusted resource for homeowners, builders, and contractors alike.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Educate prospects on product options and guide them toward solutions
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes to convert interest into sales
  • Collaborate with operations and external sales teams to meet client needs
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM system
  • Support the overall sales process with exceptional communication and service
