We are currently seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be reliable, professional in appearance, have a strong work ethic, and good attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times.
  • Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service.
  • Supports managers in the execution of business operations, driving sales and profit performance of the restaurant is consistently achieved and provides end-of-shift feedback.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 – 3 years' experience Supervising in a Bar/Lounge environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
