Job Overview:
We are currently hiring a 310T Licensed Diesel Mechanic for a full-time, permanent opportunity with a well-established construction company in Scarborough, Ontario. The company has a staff strength of 100+ and operates a fleet of approximately 10 trucks,
supported by an in-house team of 6–7 mechanics.
This role offers a relaxed work environment but requires punctuality with a strict 6:00 AM start. The position is ideal for candidates who are experienced with diesel engines and thrive in team-oriented maintenance settings.

Key Responsibilities:
 Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel engines and trucks
 Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
 Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance
 Maintain service logs and repair documentation as per company standards
 Collaborate with the existing mechanic team to ensure fleet readiness
 Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Qualifications:
 Valid 310T License is mandatory
 Proven experience working on diesel engines (construction/heavy equipment fleet preferred)
 Familiarity with North American industry standards and safety practices
 Ability to work full-time from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
 Willingness to work rotational Saturdays during peak seasons
