We are currently looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Retail Commercial Cleaners.

As a Commercial Cleaner with IFC, you'll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and inviting environments for our retail clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work Independently: Complete cleaning tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
• Collaborate as a Team: Coordinate with teammates via online platforms to meet shared cleaning and maintenance goals.
• Floor Care: Carry out floor cleaning and maintenance with attention to detail and care for finishes.
• Facility Cleaning: Ensure retail and commercial spaces are kept clean, sanitized, and presentable.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Uphold IFCs high standards of customer satisfaction through professional, consistent service.
• Meet Performance Standards: Support ongoing quality through regular inspections and performance evaluations (KPIs).
• Training & Mentorship: No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support for all new hires.
• Subcontractor Opportunities: Available for individuals or small businesses looking to expand their services with IFC.

Qualifications:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
