The General Manager in Training (GMIT) role is designed to prepare individuals to step into the General Manager position. Throughout the training period, GMITs will gain hands-on experience running a Domino's location—learning everything from operations and customer service to team leadership and quality control.

Note on Pay: GMITs begin at a training wage of $18/hour. Upon successful completion of the training program and promotion to General Manager, the difference between this wage and the General Manager wage will be paid retroactively for all training hours.

• Manage store operations during opening or closing shifts
• Work hands-on in pizza making, order assembly, and customer service
• Ensure store image, cleanliness, and safety standards are upheld
• Complete daily paperwork, cash balancing, and system tasks
• Lead the team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Monitor and support staff performance throughout shifts

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience managing or leading a team preferred
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Confident in handling cash and using math skills
• Able to multitask in a high-paced environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Available for full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
