The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Law Clerk (5+ years) with expertise in plaintiff personal injury litigation to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll manage files from intake to trial, coordinate critical court processes, and ensure cases move forward efficiently.

This is a chance to take full ownership of your files, work closely with lawyers and clients, and contribute meaningfully to the success of the firm.

What You'll Do

• Manage litigation files from initial intake through trial preparation.

• Track and diarize limitation dates and court deadlines.

• Prepare, issue, serve, and file court and tribunal documents (pleadings, motions, affidavits, etc.).

• Schedule mediations, discoveries, appointments, and Zoom hearings.

• Manage undertakings, refusals, and document productions (Affidavits of Documents, discovery briefs, summaries).

• Navigate CaseLines, including hyperlinking, bookmarking, and organizing trial materials.

• Maintain regular client communication with professionalism and empathy.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Tort matters (plaintiff personal injury or insurance defence).

• Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule.

• Excellent drafting, organization, and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Experience with Primafact, Soluno, Adobe, and Zoom.

• Law Clerk diploma is an asset.
