Payroll AdministratorAre you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a strong background in payroll management? We're looking for someone like you to join our team and help ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for a diverse group of employees. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in handling sensitive information with care, we'd love to connect.Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and preparing ROEs.
- Verifying that the time system accurately reflects the hours worked by hourly employees, and ensuring seamless integration with payroll.
- Handling taxable benefits, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and completing earnings and statistical reports.
- Administering and balancing remittances to various agencies and vendors.
- Reviewing submissions from branch offices, ensuring accuracy and obtaining proper authorizations when necessary.
- Managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.
- Maintaining up-to-date employee databases, reflecting current compensation details, benefits, and pension information; Keeping employee files organized and confidential.
- 3-4 years of strong experience in Payroll
- Comfort with handling sensitive and confidential employee information
- Completed PCP
- Experience with payroll software is a plus
