We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Material Handler to join our dynamic team in Vancouver, Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials within our warehouse, contributing to our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and attention to detail
• Receive, count, and verify incoming materials from vendors and customer returns
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload trucks
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies promptly
• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials within the warehouse
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and maintain high service levels
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Perform regular cycle counts and participate in inventory audits
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures diligently
• Utilize warehouse management software to process orders and update inventory
• Work both indoors and outdoors, adapting to varying weather conditions as needed
• Assist with customer service at the counter when required

• High school diploma or equivalent; college or university degree is an asset
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy items regularly
• Basic math skills and ability to perform accurate counts
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse operations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and workloads
• Safety-conscious approach to all tasks and commitment to following safety procedures
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors
• Forklift certification is preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate)
• Knowledge of infrastructure products is a plus

Salary Range - $40-50K
