We are hiring on behalf of a public sector organization seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a major CRM initiative. This 6-month contract role requires a strong hands-on background in Salesforce implementations and a solid understanding of how to bridge business needs with technical capabilities. The contract may be extended based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to support Salesforce implementation projects.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Document user stories, business processes, workflows, and data models.
Conduct gap analysis and make recommendations for improving existing systems and processes.
Support UAT planning and execution; develop test scenarios and test cases.
Assist in change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
Ensure alignment with project timelines, scope, and business goals.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations (for example Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds).
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data integration concepts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst).
Experience working in public sector or regulated industries.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
