Requirements
We are currently seeking individuals with shoring, drilling and slope stabilization experience join the Norpac team. The locations of these positions can vary and will depend upon project needs. Most jobs are camp based with rotations that are site specific, travel and accommodation is supplied.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous shoring experience including—shotcrete nozzelling, shotcrete pump operation, trimming and tying panels, air track and hydraulic crawler drilling, grouting, anchor preparation, pipe pile installation.
- Dachs/bencher/plugger drilling experience is also a plus.
- Ability to work on a difficult terrain and climate.
- Ability to pass a pre-access medical test as well as a drug and alcohol test; note- site specific pre-access security checks are required in some cases.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
- Valid Class 5 license.
- ACI nozzlemen certification (not required but considered an asset).
- Line Pump ticket.

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a field-based environment and adhere to a schedule.
Benefits
- Pay range between $27 to $40 per hour depending on experience.
- Overtime at time-and-a-half paid for time worked over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
