Our client in SW Calgary is hiring for a Lead Cook!
Job Description:
- Reviews daily menu, checks supplies, plans preparation and makes substitutions.
- Prepares food for breakfast and ingredients to be cooked or baked.
- Monitors and orders food supplies and storage of leftovers.
- Ensures food is cooked, stored and served at proper temperatures.
- Lead the team in absence of a supervisor.
- Delivers, arranges and replenishes food to the service area.
Requirements:
- Completed a Chef training or culinary management diploma or certificate.
- Completed a food handler training program and have a valid food handler certificate.
- Must have a reliable commute.
Pay: $19/hour
Part time - Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
Shift Time - 5:30 am - 1:30 pm
