• Door-to-Door Appointment Setting Talk with homeowners and small business owners, set qualified appointments, and represent our services with professionalism.
• Lead a Flyer Team Recruit and manage 68 reps, assign weekly routes, and deliver your own flyers to lead by example.
• Yard Sign Program Place and track signs in high-visibility residential and commercial areas.
• Coordinate Campaigns Align flyer drops, door knocking, and sign placement with mailers and seasonal goals.
• Events Scout HOA meetings, trade shows, and local business events for our sales team to attend.
• Commercial Lead Generation Identify and approach local businesses for potential commercial painting work, especially during the slower winter season.
• Track Results Join team meetings and report on key marketing metrics like flyers delivered, appointments set, and lead source breakdowns.
