We are looking for an Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Guelph.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Service customers and prospects with company/product information, quotations, sample products and marketing materials.

· Process sales orders, new account applications and perform post-sale services.

· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our complete line of products & services.

· Maintain productive working relationships with customers and across teams.

· Arranging shipping for outgoing orders

Qualifications and Skills

· Customer Service experience required

· Construction / Interior Design experience is a plus, but not required

· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.

· Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· High-energy, positive attitude and an enthusiasm to excel.

· Ability to multi-task in fast paced, dynamic environment

· Dependable and reliable

· Ability to organize themselves and others

· Willingness and ability to take direction from various sources

· Ability to handle multiple simultaneous, time-sensitive projects

· Demonstrate professionalism and confidence

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Morning Shift - 9-5

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
