Job Title: Reverse Logistics Team Lead
Location: Brampton
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ( Days and Timings should be flexible)

Job Summary:

The Reverse Logistics Team Lead oversees the processing of returned products, ensuring they are handled efficiently and in line with company procedures. This role involves coordinating with warehouse and customer service teams, maintaining accurate records, and leading a small team to meet performance goals. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics, strong leadership skills, and a focus on process improvement.

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise daily reverse logistics operations, including oversight of team performance and workflow efficiency

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of returned merchandise

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of returned items, including reason for return and final disposition

• Manage and resolve inbound and outbound shipment shortages and damages

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipping activities, including the creation and management of Bills of Lading (BOL)

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize reverse logistics operations

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and quality control procedures

• Perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.

• Clamp truck experience is considered an asset

• Monitor KPIs and generate reports for management.

Experience:

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with inventory systems and reverse logistics processes.

• Clamp truck experience is considered an asset
