The Opportunity

Grizzly Supplies is looking for a customer-service oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Surrey, BC. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will communicate directly with our customers over the phone and receive and process product orders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Inside Sales Representative your key responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers and receiving product orders over the phone

• Building and maintaining professional and effective relationships with customers

• Identifying customer needs and product opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications?

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Previous parts sales experience and customer service experience

• Experience working with hydraulics and hydraulic seals is a strong asset, but not required

• Post-secondary education in a related field, such as Sales or Marketing, is preferred

• Math skills and aptitude for using measuring devices

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team

The base pay range for this role is: $42,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience

This is an onsite role based in Surrey, British Columbia.
