Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, provide product information, and help them place orders

• Answer customer phone calls and accurately input order details into our system

• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Track order status and assist customers with any issues or inquiries

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and support day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or order processing is preferred

• Comfortable using computers and quick to learn internal systems

• Strong English communication skills (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus)

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and customer-service minded

• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
