In this Appointment Setter role, you'll focus on setting appointments for our sales team by engaging with potential customers, educating them on ways to portray their business and leverage a partnership with real estate offices. You will schedule interested businesses for a short 10 minute call or zoom.
This position is vital in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
- Contact and engage with potential customers by making outbound calls to warm leads, introducing them to advertising, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-ups in the CRM system to ensure smooth coordination between teams.
- Work closely with the sales team by providing detailed appointment notes and customer insights, ensuring seamless hand-offs and a positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets by effectively managing time, staying motivated, and continuously refining outreach strategies to maximize conversions.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- Strong professional communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Adaptability to navigate and overcome objections, ensuring effective and engaging interactions.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sustainability.
- Proficiency with computers and online tools like Zoom or Google Meet.
- A working home setup with a reliable computer, internet and phone.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in appointment setting or lead generation.
- Familiarity with Real Estate Offices
- Previous experience working in a remote sales role.
