Job Overview:
Vars Concrete is seeking hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious General Labourers for seasonal work on residential concrete projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a reputable and experienced team in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing job sites for concrete pours
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Helping tie steel and insert rebar
• Set up and dismantle formwork and equipment
• Clean up work sites and remove debris
• Support concrete finishing tasks such as raking, screeding, and edging
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous construction or concrete experience is an asset but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Safety boots and work-appropriate clothing required
