Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in various assembly techniques. This role involves working with blueprints and schematics to assemble mechanical components accurately and efficiently. The Mechanical Assembler will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.

Duties

• Interpret blueprints and schematics to assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and calipers to perform assembly tasks effectively.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any assembly-related issues that may arise during production.

Experience

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including welding and machining techniques.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical documentation is essential.
• Previous experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other assembly equipment is required.
• A solid understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to work independently or as part of a team is crucial for success in this role.
