We are seeking a night shift Lead Hand to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the site team
• Complete some carpentry tasks, such as rough carpentry, hoardings, etc.
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Inspect all materials and work to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in carpentry, leadership, or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
