● Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
● Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
● Train and mentor new team members
● Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor product quality
● Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
● Assist with daily cash handling and reporting
● Promote a positive team environment and foster strong communication
● Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace policies
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
