This position requires being available full time, 40 hours a week for 1 year.
What's in it for you?
- Monday - Friday schedule
- Day shifts - 8:30 am - 5 pm
- Pay rate - $24/hr
- Paid weekly - We pay every Friday!
Job Details:
- Create freight bill of ladings
- Process orders, forms, applications, requests, updating forms reports
- Manage customers' accounts
- Obtain, evaluate, and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Providing B2B customer support
- Willing to work occasional extended hours during peak periods
