POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales and Revenue Coordinator to support the sales (Business Development) and revenue (Account Management) functions of our organization. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this role is integral in driving operational efficiency, enhancing sales effectiveness, and ensuring data accuracy across our revenue-generating teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, experience with leading HubSpot/CRM programs and a passion for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist Business Development team with proposal creation, presentations, pricing requests, and contract administration.
  • Maintain CRM system (HubSpot) by ensuring accurate entry and tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate internal communications between business development, account management, marketing, finance, sustainability, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Support planning and execution of sales campaigns, events, and reporting cycles.

Revenue Operations & Reporting

  • Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and pipeline reports.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to Business Development and Account Management leadership and team members.
  • Monitor pricing strategies and rate adherence across accounts and proposals.
  • Identify gaps in sales data and work to ensure integrity and completeness.

Process Improvement & Systems

  • Streamline sales workflows and documentation processes to improve efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve use of sales and revenue tools.
  • Help design and implement SOPs (standard operating procedures) related to quoting, renewals, and upselling.

Administrative & Strategic Support

  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls.
  • Prepare briefing documents and support with presentation materials.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support pricing or go-to-market strategies.

EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM, revenue coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience with MS Office 365, PowerPoint and CRM software (HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamic, Sugar,).
  • Energetic and friendly with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment.
  • Confident self-starter with a desire to learn, preferring exceptional to the status quo.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communications and comprehension with attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple tasks and have exceptional follow up skills both internally and externally.
  • Comfortable working in an environment that is fast paced and demands robust deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS, logistics, hospitality, waste brokerage, or other service industries.
  • Knowledge of revenue forecasting or pricing strategy.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Seismic, Outreach).

EDUCATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience

WORK CONDITIONS & SCHEDULE:

  • Onsite at our Edmonton head office
  • 8am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays
