Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a book of 30 to 40 or more active B2B accounts
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities from provided leads using a hunter approach
- Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities and manage client interactions
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support client needs and drive account success
- Travel up to 30 to 40% of the time to meet with clients across Ontario
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced, account-heavy environment
- Proven hunter mindset with experience prospecting and generating new business
- Experience working for a distributor or eCommerce company is preferred
- Comfortable managing 30 to 40 or more active accounts with short sales cycles
- Must have experience using CRM systems to manage and track opportunities (Salesforce preferred)
- Must have worked with sales targets and be able to speak to past quotas and performance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both small local businesses and large corporate clients
- This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports
