What You'll Do
As the Executive Assistant to the Partners, you will:
- Provide full executive support to three senior partners, including calendar and inbox management
- Draft and edit proposals, reports, and client communications with precision
- Coordinate meetings, manage internal communications, and support office events
- Handle billing support, light office management, and document preparation
- Anticipate partner needs, take initiative, and act as a liaison between the Cobourg office and national resources
- Support special projects such as partner transitions and strategic initiatives
We're seeking someone who is:
- Experienced: 10+ years in administrative roles, including 2+ years supporting executives
- Proactive and Self-Directed: You take ownership and know what needs to be done before being asked
- Detail-Oriented and Tech-Savvy: You're skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint is a plus
- Emotionally Intelligent: You can navigate different personalities and work styles with ease
- Client-Focused: You deliver exceptional service internally and externally
- Industry-Savvy: Experience in professional services (e.g., accounting, legal, finance) is preferred but not required
- Impact: This is a high-visibility role where your contributions will be essential to the success of the leadership team

- Compensation:
- Up to $90,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Full benefits starting Day One (100% employer-paid)
- RRSP matching from 2% to 5% based on tenure
- 3 weeks vacation, plus summer Fridays and banked time
- Paid overtime (time-and-a-half for hours over 44/week)
- Location: 100% on-site in Cobourg
- Travel: Minimal; occasional meetings at nearby offices (mileage reimbursed)
