Our client is a dynamic and growing real estate development company specializing in pre-construction residential projects. Their team is passionate about creating vibrant communities and delivering a seamless experience for homebuyers from project launch to final closing. They are currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead their sales office operations and ensure an exceptional buyer journey.

Position Summary:

The Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales office and be the face of the project for prospective homebuyers. This individual will manage sales administration, conduct presentations and tours, support the sales team, and work closely with internal and external partners to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall sales office operations and ensure a smooth, high-performing environment.

  • Present project offerings to prospective buyers, including floor plans, pricing, amenities, and timelines.

  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and tours.

  • Guide buyers through the pre-construction purchase process from initial inquiry to signed agreement.

  • Follow up with new and existing leads to convert interest into confirmed sales.

  • Supervise and support the sales administration team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Prepare and review Agreements of Purchase and Sale (APS) with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Implement and oversee sales protocols and administrative procedures.

  • Coordinate with the listing brokerage to support active sales efforts and promotional strategies.

  • Collect and communicate buyer and visitor feedback related to marketing materials, signage, digital assets, and events.

  • Maintain and update sales grids, pricing sheets, and incentive trackers.

  • Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service throughout the buyer journey.

  • Participate in weekly on-site and off-site sales and operations meetings.

  • Represent the project at new launches, broker previews, and promotional events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of real estate sales experience, ideally within a pre-construction or new home environment.

  • Proven experience managing a high-volume sales office or presentation centre.

  • Strong knowledge of residential real estate sales processes and contract administration.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.

  • Comfortable conducting both in-person and virtual presentations.

  • Ability to work weekends and evenings during peak periods and events.
