Part-Time Mobile Cleaning Supervisor - GTA & Durham Region
Generations Cleaning is a growing commercial cleaning company servicing offices, medical clinics, retail spaces, condos, and industrial buildings across the GTA and Durham Region.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This role involves visiting various client sites to perform inspections, provide hands-on training to cleaners, and support quality control. You will be the eyes and ears of our operations team out in the field.
Job Details:

• Position: Part-Time Mobile Cleaning Supervisor.
• Hours: 20-30 hours per week (shifts vary between day and evening).
• Pay: $25.00 per hour.
• Travel: Throughout the GTA and Durham Region.
• Vehicle: Must have your own vehicle.
• Compensation: Gas card provided and mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and surprise inspections at various sites.
• Train and support new and existing cleaning staff.
• Provide feedback to head office on cleaner performance and site needs.
• Assist with onboarding new contracts and team members.
• Help troubleshoot cleaning-related issues onsite.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism on all accounts.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working flexible hours (some day shifts, some evening shifts).
• Previous cleaning or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
