Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and launch of an innovative new menu
Oversee all back-of-house operations including food prep, presentation, and inventory
Build, train, and motivate the culinary team
Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
Monitor food and labour expenses
Uphold and exceed food safety and cleanliness standards
Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leaders to enhance the overall guest experience
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Creative flair with passion for trend-forward, crowd-pleasing food
A genuine love for the industry including guest satisfaction
Solid understanding of kitchen operations, costing, and food safety standards
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Red Seal certification or equivalent is an asset
