Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage the project budget. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Timeline & Tracking: Create and manage project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project deliverables and report on progress, problems, and solutions.
- Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, meeting high-quality standards.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or engineering.
- Skills:
