We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in the Burnside area.What We Offer:

• Salary: $20/hour
• Shift/Type: 12 PM - 9 PM
• Weekly pay

What You'll Do:

• Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer client or customer questions.
• Troubleshoot common issues with products or services.
• Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Must be fluent in both English and French.
