Floor Coverings International provides the BEST in-home flooring experience in North America and is a fast growing, turnkey flooring provider. We are looking to add only the best In-Home and flooring sales rep to our team. You'll be working directly with the local owner and our small team to provide our clients with a great experience. To thrive in this role, youll need to be self-motivated, an independent worker, a great communicator, highly organized, and enjoy a team atmosphere. We are looking for an individual who isnt afraid to work hard, including some evenings and weekends. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
Compensation Package:
  • Guaranteed Base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $100k - $110k)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow Floor Coverings International processes and systems
  • Run company provided leads
  • Networking within your specific market to self generate leads
  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests
  • Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
  • Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothly
  • Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
  • Engage in on-going training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in In-Home sales
  • Flooring sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of being a $1 million and up rep
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check, including a clean driving record, and other pre-employment screening.
