Key Responsibilities

• Support the Site Superintendent and team with day-to-day operations.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and organized, following all safety protocols and contributing to a positive jobsite culture.
• Help manage deliveries, site traffic, and homeowner access during active construction.
• Pitch in with site clean-up, materials handling, and basic construction tasks as needed.
• Assist in maintaining safety logs, daily reports, and other site documentation.
• Be a team playercommunicate clearly, help others where needed, and stay solution-focused when things shift on the fly.

Qualifications

• 12 years of construction experience (high-density residential or commercial is a plus).
• Basic understanding of construction practices, tools, and site safety.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to site.

Preferred Certifications

• First Aid
• WHMIS
• Fall Protection / Fall Arrest
