Position Overview:

Were looking for a driven and creative Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help fuel Arctiqs momentum in the Canadian market. In this role, youll shape impactful campaigns and programs that amplify our brand, accelerate revenue growth, and position Arctiq as a leader in IT solutions and services. This role bridges corporate marketing and field sales teams, driving localized campaigns, partner co-marketing programs, and go-to-market initiatives across key regions. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B IT services or VAR environments and thrives in a fast-paced ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies that align with sales goals and corporate campaigns.
  • Plan and manage events, webinars, roadshows, and sponsorships to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with key OEM/vendor partners (e.g., Google, Cisco, Microsoft, Palo Alto, VMware, etc.) on joint campaigns and MDF-funded initiatives.
  • Track, report, and optimize campaign performance, including pipeline attribution, ROI, and lead conversion metrics.
  • Customize and localize corporate content, messaging, and demand generation tactics to suit regional market needs.
  • Support customer advocacy programs, case study development, and reference campaigns.
  • Manage field marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of funds (including partner MDF usage).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer personas in the IT services and reseller space.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2+ in field marketing for a VAR, systems integrator, or IT services provider.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Understanding of IT channel dynamics, go-to-market models, and technology partner ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing demand generation and co-marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience working with major technology partners and navigating partner marketing portals and MDF processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, marketing, and partner teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed (approx. 20% 25%).
