We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Coordinator (Dayforce) to join our growing team! This is a developmental role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience working with Dayforce who is looking to grow their HRIS career.

Scope:

The HRIS (Dayforce) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the maintenance, testing, and reporting of employee data within the HRIS system. This role assists with module implementation, data entry, report generation, troubleshooting, and user support to ensure the smooth operation of HR technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Dayforce HRIS, including updates, user access, and basic configuration.
  • Troubleshoot issues, support end users, and serve as the go-to contact for system-related questions.
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits, uploads, and error resolution.
  • Assist with the implementation of new Dayforce modules and system features, including testing and documentation.
  • Develop and run routine HR reports and dashboards to support team decision-making.
  • Help ensure the system complies with data privacy and security standards.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to HR team members and employees on how to use Dayforce effectively.
  • Keep system documentation and user guides up to date.
  • Support compliance and audit efforts by preparing system data and access records when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience working with Dayforce.
  • A strong interest in HR systems, data, and technology-driven HR processes.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a technical HRIS role.
  • Basic Excel or data handling skills; comfort working with structured data.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.

The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer, contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted by our contracted third-party vendor.
