Job Description:

As an Architectural Design/Technician, you will play a key role in producing detailed drawings and high-quality renderings using ArchiCAD. You will work closely with our design team to communicate creative and aesthetic concepts, contributing to projects that reflect both design excellence and the practical realities of custom home construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailedCAD drawings and renderings for residential projects
• Collaborate with team members to communicate and develop design concepts
• Adapt to evolving project requirements, client feedback, and deadlines
• Ensure a high level of technical accuracy, quality, and visual detail in all work

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of Canadian work experience in architecture and/or interior design
• Strong portfolio showcasingCAD-based work (drawings and renderings)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and respond flexibly to project needs
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
