  • Develop and manage customer accounts across your assigned territory

  • Prospect new business opportunities while growing an existing client base

  • Deliver compelling presentations and lead customer training sessions and seminars

  • Provide technical solutions by understanding customer needs and system requirements

  • Support the quoting and application process through close collaboration with internal teams

  • Serve as a technical resource for instrumentation and process control systems

  • Create and execute a proactive sales strategy using mapping and scheduling tools

  • Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, instrumentation, or process control

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - from shop floor to boardroom

  • Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social platforms for business

  • Comfortable working independently in the field with limited office time

  • Valid driver's license and work eligibility in Canada
