What Youll Be Doing:

As General Manager, youll take the lead in all areas of store operationsfrom sales and service to people and performance. Youll be accountable for delivering results, shaping culture, and creating a best-in-class customer experience that reflects the passion behind the BRP brand.

Youll drive performance in:

• BRP unit sales volume and profitability
• After-sales service growth and customer retention
• Expense management and margin improvement
• Employee engagement and retention
• Customer service and loyalty

Youll be the face of the store, a leader for your team, and a trusted partner to BRP.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, General Sales Manager, or Fixed Operations Manager with 10+ years in retail operations with BRP, powersports, marine, or automotive.

• Strong business and financial acumenyou know your way around a P&L and how to move the numbers
• A love for powersports and an authentic connection to the lifestyle
• Inspirational leadershipyour team wants to follow you
• Valid drivers license
