We're hiring a Service Advisor at O'Keeffe's Automotive in Oak Bay!

This is a temporary position covering a leave of absence, with the potential to become long-term. Immediate start available.

No experience necessary – we're happy to train the right person!

What you'll be doing:

• Greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with technicians
• Creating and updating work orders
• Explaining services and estimates
• Handling payments and front desk tasks

What we're looking for:

• Good phone manners and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to type at least 40 words per minute
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
• Friendly attitude and willingness to learn
• Preference given to applicants who live nearby

Compensation:
$19 per hour or commission – whichever is greater
