The Service Writer is responsible for building strong customer relationship and selling the technicians' time. They greet and consult customers on service needs, prepare a work order, sell and up sell services by emphasizing value, keep customers updated on services and take ownership of the customer experience by carrying out those additional assignment that allow the company to leave an impressionable experience with the customer.

Responsibilities:

Priority:

1. Keep the customer informed of completion times, services expenses and possible changes.

2. The minimum amount of time the customer must wait for the completion of invoices.

3. Order required parts in a timely manner.

4. Complete work orders, PM checklist, CVIP documentation, and other paperwork effectively and efficiently.

5. Handle all payments and other transactions keeping customers within credit limits.

6. Perform all other duties as assigned.

8. Work closely with the Service Manager to grow & improve customer experience.

9. Maintain and document stock inventory.
