Job Description:
We are hiring a Field Sales Representative to join our team. This is a door-to-door sales role covering a wide territory across the entire Okanagan area, including Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon, Osoyoos, Kamloops, and Oliver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to restaurants, fruit stands, buildings, hotels, and motels.

• Promote and sell our range of food packaging, janitorial supplies, and fresh produce.

• Develop new customer relationships and maintain ongoing communication.

• Identify potential leads and turn them into long-term customers.

• Maintain records of daily activity, sales progress, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in field sales or face-to-face selling is preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Okanagan region.
