As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Commercial Roofing Foreman to support our expanding operations.

• Supervise and lead roofing crews on commercial job sites
  
• Oversee installation of flat and low-slope roofing systems
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company procedures, and local building codes
  
• Coordinate daily work plans, equipment, and material deliveries
  
• Act as the main on-site contact for project managers, clients, and inspectors
  
• Conduct quality control checks and report project progress
  
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  
• Deep knowledge of commercial roofing systems and techniques
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
