Were nimble, innovative, and relentless in the pursuit of better ways to reach and serve our customers, and we're now looking for a scrappy, agile and curious Marketing Coordinator to help us punch above our weight. You'll be part of a high-impact team that moves fast, takes smart risks, and has the discipline to measure and learn from every campaign and experiment.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role ideal for someone who loves the blend of creativity, data, and brand outreach strategy. If you can pivot quickly, test fearlessly, and think both strategically and tactically, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Newsletter Strategy: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop segmented, value-generating email and newsletter strategies for clients and prospects.
- Social Media Management: Own our presence across key platforms - developing content, scheduling posts, engaging followers and tracking performance.
- Written Content Creation: Manage our blog content strategy and writing, in collaboration with our digital marketing partners.
- Lite Graphic Design: Create basic visuals for social media, email, and digital campaigns (using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) and partner with other team members to ensure our brand image is consistent and recognizable in any scenario.
- HupSpot Optimization: Manage and optimize HubSpot including reporting, sequences, workflows and nurturing campaigns.
- Video Content: Interview, record, edit and publish engaging video content for web and social channels.
- Branding: Contribute to brand alignment across all touchpoint - refining visuals, tone, and positioning.
- Website Updates: Make edits and updates to our website to reflect marketing priorities and improve conversion.
- Data and Reporting: Keep our leadership team up to date with key metrics and KPIs to demonstrate results and ROI for marketing initiatives.

- A doer who takes initiative, pride themselves on taking ownership of their role, and doesn't hesitate or wait for permission to get stuff done.
- Creativity and a willingness to try new things - and then measure what worked.
- Curiosity about marketing trends, AI tools, and what's next in SaaS growth.
- A great intuition about the balance between the current marketing world, and where it's going.
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing platform).
- Basic design, photo and video editing skills.
- Comfort working across teams in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or digital content roles (SaaS experience is a big plus!)
