Selkirk GM looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations, timelines, and costs.
  • Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure accurate work order documentation.
  • Keep customers informed of service progress and notify them of any changes.
  • Process service transactions, including invoices and payments.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of automotive services, warranties, and dealership promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Directly related experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and provide effective service to all customers, both internal and retail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
