Job Title: Full-Time Youth Support Worker (Male Youth – Addictions Recovery Home)
Location: Winnipeg, Mb
Wage: $18/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (various shifts available)

Job Description:
We are hiring strong, reliable male staff to work full-time in a youth addictions recovery home. This is a structured environment with clear rules to support young males in their recovery journey. We're looking for staff who can stick to firm boundaries, provide guidance, and be consistent role models.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support male youth in a structured home setting

• Maintain and enforce house rules and daily routines

• Help guide youth through recovery and daily life

• Drive youth to appointments, programs, or other activities

• Document daily activities and incidents clearly

Requirements:

• Male applicants only (due to the needs of the youth)

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Valid driver's license and your own vehicle

• Clear Criminal Record Check

• Clear Child and Adult Abuse Registry Checks

• Able to set and follow firm boundaries

• Experience with youth or addictions is an asset but not required
