Overnight Call Centre Representative

Directors' Choice is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Call Centre Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. In this vital role, you'll handle calls for a large number of Funeral Home accounts, with high levels of empathy and compassion.

This is currently a Remote position; however, this may change to a Hybrid schedule in the future as we are looking to potentially update our hours of operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls, greeting callers with a polite and pleasant demeanor.
• Accurately gather and relay essential information, ensuring all message details are thorough and precise.
• Verify and meticulously enter information into our system, providing clients with confidence that their issues will be effectively communicated.

Qualifications:

• A welcoming voice and an upbeat, professional tone.
• Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar.
• Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment.
• Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Availability to work one weekend day
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training in a positive, team-focused environment designed for your success.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $18.50/hr

Shifts:

• Full-Time - 40 hours
• Current Shifts:
  • Sunday-Thursday: 12:00am-9:00am (Friday/Saturday Off)
  • Sunday-Thursday: 8:00pm-5:00am (Friday/Saturday Off)
  • Monday-Thursday and Saturday: 2:30am-11:30am (Sunday/Friday Off)
  • Tuesday-Saturday: 7:00pm-4:00am (Sunday/Monday Off)
  • Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 2:30am-11:30am (Monday/Saturday Off)
• You must be available to work evenings, a weekend shift, and holidays

Training Schedule: First week, Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm. Second week, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm
